Tej began her career as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, amassing over nine years of experience working with prominent public hospitals such as Eastern Health and Alfred Health. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing and has carved a niche for herself as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. Her dedication to empowering clients through advocacy and inclusion is at the heart of what we do at Sil4U.
