To maintain positive hormonal balance and human function, it’s recommended to eat:
1g of protein/lb. 03.-1g of fat/lb. 1-3g of carbs/lb.
Weight-wise, that is challenging since you didn’t tell us your height.
But muscles weigh more than fat so BMI isn’t the best way to find out.
