Calculate your BMI? That’ll tell you if you’re the right weight for your height. Not sure about nutrients though, just make sure you’re eating right and making good food choices. :)

To maintain positive hormonal balance and human function, it’s recommended to eat:

1g of protein/lb. 03.-1g of fat/lb. 1-3g of carbs/lb.

Weight-wise, that is challenging since you didn’t tell us your height.
