Stress and certain illnessess can cause both of those, however there is no way for us too diagnose you considering we arent doctors. I would suggest talking to your physician about whats going on and making sure its not a physical problem. If its stress related you can either opt for medication or natural remedies, but you need to rule out any health problems first.

Well my dear, it can be a number of reasons why you seem to be not eating nor sleeping well…as Mandyloo put it…it can be caused to stress…stress will cause imbalance to your health and is not good for you. there are many ways to deal with stress…like exercise even a 15-20 min walk a day will keep ur mind focused on other things.

Another reason for ur lack in appetite & lack of sleep would be if you were suffering from some form of depression. That can cause an unstable balance as well & should be talked over with a specialist.

Another reason can be perhaps a crush /puppy love (looking at ur age of course) when in love we tend to be on cloud nine…causing an imbalance on hormones which can be what is causing the lack of appetite & sleep!

No matter what the real issue is beyond the surface, my best advice to you as suggested by Mandyloo would be to consult your primary physician. Even if perhaps it is not a mental issue it can very well be a physical one.

Try to surround yourself in a more tranquil atmosphere for a week…somewhere you may be stress free & see if it helps any! Another tip is to try a full body massage. My last tip is to try some meditation or some tranquil music before bed… Anything can help and you can see what works for you.

Meaby you are worried about something, your stressed, you have been thinking a lot or meaby there can be something wrong with your health. Try to get yourself to think, Is there something bothering me? Is there problems I need to fix? Meaby think about checking in with a doctor so youi can make sure there’s nothing wrong with your heath, just to be on the safe side.

Thanks you guys, I’m 17 and I have been super stressed lately. So I’m going to make an appointment with the doc tomorrow morning.
