Eating and Sleep.
Ever since summer has started I havent been eating as much as I used to, and when I get really really hungry I eat everything on my plate, and I feel stuffed, but then a few seconds later I feel empty. My sleep was wack as well, I just can’t fall asleep, When I feel really tired, I lay down and then I feel like lol jumping up and down, whats up with me?
Many peoples hunger changes with the seasons thats normal as long as you stay healthy. the weather might effect your sleeping, like humidity can keep you awake and hot temps. bc you dont sleep well your mind an dbody migt be over tired or not in sync with eachother. like your bodys tired and your minds awake or your minds tired and your body is awake or over tired so it might be using its reserved evergy. chances are if you have a regular sleep pattern things will go back to normal. your tiredness also may be affecting your hunger. hope that gives you some help.
