Gum bleeding

A lot of time when I brush my teeth my gum bleed. I don’t know if it cause I brush to hard. Or what. I just start brushing my teeth like couple day ago. Before that I never use to brush my teeth

The reason for this is because you used to never brush your teeth. as a result, they aren’t used to being stimulated and are weak. continue brushing, and after brushing, take about 10 seconds to massage your gums with your toothbrush. this should help strengthen them faster, and soon you won’t have the bleeding problem anymore.

You probably have the start of gingivitis, because of bad dental hygiene

You need to brush your teeth everyday at least twice a day and you need to brush your gums as well

Also remember to get a soft toothbrush and to floss once a day.

If you take care of your teeth, the bleeding will stop in a few days (usually about 5 days)

Oh and after you brush your teeth rince your mouth with some baking soda and salt in low warm water - just untill the gums have healed.
