Bleeding gums?

When I brush my teeth and then I spit, the mess is always bloody. I make sure im gentle when I brush and my gums are never painfull so whats the blood? Isit what they call bleeding gums? Another thing is that I do not eat fruits,I just dont enjoy them, so could it be a deficiency thing? Can it be fatal?

and the first couple of weeks of flossing a lot of blood comes out - it did with me but now after 4 weeks of flossing no blood. Try using mouthwash morning and night, chew extra couple of times a day and yes, you must force yourself to eat fruit! I used to hate lettuce, forced myself to eat it and love it now!!!

Do not worry! trust I’ve had that to, I have been told that it is probably that you dont floss or take care of your gums as well as you should, its ok everyone forgets.
