What are some good, fast breakfasts?

What are some good, healthy, and quick and easy to make breakfasts?! I don’t have much time in the morning, but I want to eat and start my day off healthy! If it helps, I am very allergic to nuts and some other thing I’m not sure what it’s called, so I can’t have yogurt parfait or anything like that. Thanks for the help!!! (and btw I am not allergic to peanuts, just tree nuts)

the night before make this

ingrediants: Banana, Vanilla Yogurt, Granola, Popcicle Stick!

cut a banana in half put both halfs on popcicle sticks dip in yogut dip or roll on the granola put in Frezer the night before

there you go Banana Popcicle Sticks

SOOO good!

Back when I still ate dairy my fav fast breakfast was 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup wheat germ or healthy cereal, and 1/4 cup apple sauce.

It might sound odd but lately my usual breakfast is a cup of instant miso soup and an apple or banana. When I’m in too much of a hurry to make instant soup I eat a Clif bar on the way.

well if I don’t have time to fix something I drink special K it’s a protein water it’s kellogg’s brand drink just an idea

Instant oatmeal. Put a cup of tap water in the microwave. While it’s coming to a boil put a pack into a bowl with some sugar. Dump the water into the bowl and stir. Instant goodness in many different flavors. If you are in a real hurry, use a styrofoam cup and take it with you. I don’t even use milk. Stick an orange in your pocket and enjoy on the way. Or even better a clementine tangerine - tastes like an orange and has the zipper skin of a tangerine. With no seeds.

A good healthy quick breakfast that I like is to toast an English muffin and put honey on it and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Sooo tasty!

or you can also grab an orange(maybe peel it the night before so it’s all ready)

I like eating yogurt with berries and granola and you can pretty much eat it anywhere and fast also smooties

powerbars are great. or grab a piece of fruit. they have toins of energy:)))

make berry smoothies at night and just mix ethem a little in the morning. thats what I do and I love it.
