Obama chose the Reverend Rick Warren to give the invocation at his inauguration - Good choice or Bad choice and why ?
It shouldn’t matter who Obama chose to do the invocation. As long as Obama himself is happy with his choice. I think Rick Waran was an okay choice. I don’t hear too much about him but, at least Obama didn’t choose someone that was extremely liberal. I too believe Rick Waran is somewhat conservative.
The bad choice was not who he picked for the invocation, but the fact that he is having an invocation at all.
No matter who he picks its going to tick somone off. Rick Warren is somwhat liberal but has conservative stances as well. I think he is a good mix.
