I know a lot of guys that are older and havn’t had girlfriend. A lot of girls are also shy. Just be yourself and remember that practice makes perfect. The more you speak to girls the easier it will get. and follow sugarplum’s advice. :-) gd luck!!

believe me a lot of girls are just as shy or nervous as you are. just talk about an easy subject like music…thats the easiest conversation starter. or if you know about something they like then say something about it but dont be like…omg I love that too…they will think you are trying too hard. but really just be yourself…and if the girl really likes you then she wont care that youre shy or what you say.

A girl want’s to know that her man can be incharge, step up to the plate and know what he’s doing. If your shy and just tell her you don’t know what you want to do tonight or you don’t know how you feel or you don’t know this or that then she’s not going to feel secure with you around and will fall apart emotionally… I hope that helped you.. =/ I guess I kinda jsut started babling on, but good luck.
