Fly on food?

I went to a restaraunt earlier it was really expensive and I was in the middle of eating when I went to the bathroom. I came back to find about 3-5 large flys circling my meal, we were outside and my parents were on another table whilst I was on the kiddy table and my cousins were messing around, I kind of didnt know what to do, my mum pushed me into eating it despite me explaining now im worried because my grandad told me about the amoubnt of germs carried by a fly.

Answer #1

they dont always lay eggs usually they just poo (pretty much everytime they land) but ichibanarky is right ther would have been many previouse times when a flys landed on your food and it didnt cause you any damage

Answer #2

The amount of germs that can possibly be passed on to you by a fly is so minimal…you’re worrying over nothing.

I can guarantee you have eaten food touched by a fly in the past and it didn’t kill you.

Answer #3

IF I was you I would not eat it fly’s are sick when they land and the eggs they lay turn into maggots
