How do I fix Cause Code 34 Error Class2?

I recently got a Droid Incredible 2. When I try to send a text to a certain number (In CA I live in NC) The bars on my phone go blank then my phone says “Cause Code 34 Error Class 2” I used to text this number with my old phone (Env Touch) and I never had a problem with it. I already tried re-programming it (Calling *228 and doing option 1) but nothing works, Any advice?

I would contact your service provider or the manufacturer of you’re “Droid” (that would be Motorola) i wish i could help but it seems like something that needs to be handled by a tech from Motorola
