Who feels like they were born in the wrong time, like they should have been born in another era?

Answer #1

I think I would of fit in better in the 60-70s. (I was born 71, but was too young to enjoy any of the hippy movement). I’m all about make love not war, Woodstock would of been amazing and I like psycodelic colors! : )

Answer #2

I feel you. I was born in 1989, so that makes me 21. I feel like I should of been born in the late 50s/early 60s. I dont really like any music from our time period. I love music mostly from 50s-80s.

I dont know about yourself or anyone else, but i believe in past lives and feel that maybe thats why we have a connection with things from past eras, because we lived through it in past lives. just my view point. peace and love.

Answer #3

Nope. Go back to when women had no rights and racism was actually allowed by law (or sometimes even in the laws)? I like the progress we’ve made. I dont think there’s been enough progress. But then in a couple of decades we’ll have destroyed most of the natural beauty of the planet. So this time period is just fine for me.

Answer #4

I don’t like the idea of things long ago it just seems the way I think and some of my ways, its kind of old fashioned so I been told, and I don’t mind

Answer #5

Answer #8

sometimes i feel like i would’ve loved to be in europe during the 1800s, but definitely not america! but overall, the now is the best time :)

Answer #9

I would love to live in the renisans time, I would work hard to ether become the kings right hand man or the rebellion, ether way I would be able to go on awesome adventure. Woulden’t you agree?

Answer #10

Nah. Although if I could choose to live in another era I’d choose the 80s. The 80s seemed like the most awesome time.

Answer #11

:) someone once told me i had an old soul, maybe that’s all it is…

Answer #12

I do, wish I was born 10 years earlier as I would have achieved some of the goals I am only starting to think about. Also, people in the corporate world tends to listen more to someone who is in their 30’s and beyond rather then someone who hasn’t even hit the big 21. :-(

Answer #13

I should have grown up in the 60’s and 70’s, I watch movies like Dazed and Confused and I just know I was born in the wrong era.

Answer #14

Other than raceism, civil rights, etc. i think style wise i should have been born in the 1950s through the 70s, the 80s style was just ugly besides the dresses they wore to prom minus the poofy shoulders. but other than style and fashion. im happy w/being a 90s baby =)

Answer #15

I would have been fine with any era except the one we are in now! Too much technology! Grr (she says as typing on her laptop) :|
