go something fun! or something even relaxing. i do yoga to relax myself, i’d do it right now but i can’t. But yoga makes up feel really good about yourself.

know that you can die if you dont eat enough. guys dont like skinny girls. at least all the guys i know. it doesnt look healthy. most girls that make themselves too skinny is because they think they are unattractive to the opposite sex. just remember, most guys like a thin (NOT skinny) girl, and some guys like fat chicks. no guy likes a girl thats too skinny. trust me, you’re pretty, but fatten up a lil bit if you know you are too skinny.

just think, those girls in the magazines, books, and even t.v. they have STARVED themselfs just to look like that, they are airbrushed and FAKE. you are not supposed to look like that. Hell it would be a merical to look like that. Your beautiful, no matter what your wait is. Every girl feels like that have to be like size 0 and up to 5 at the most, but screw that. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL and don’t let any one say difrent :) Love who you are, and if people don’t like it, well screw them, your not here to please them. :) <3

You can try to gain weight, its good being skinny but not too skinny, so if your not happy you could always try to eat a little bit more but make sure that you stay healthy, and not eating won’t do you any good and it will only make you sick, as well as eating too much and too unhealthy. But if you have a good body weight, then realize that some girls out there are wishing they where you right now, meaby try to have someone by your side to tell you this and to help you out while this stage passes.
