well depends…if I’m stressed over a certain situation or person I do things that get my mind off it(like hang out with friends, play video games, listen to music, go for a walk, workout) but if I’m stressed for no reason(don’t judge) I’ll do something umm sexual…whether I take care of myself or actually have sex…it really helps it naturally relaxes

Yes mate i know what your saying. The proplem is im getting stressed over everything. Ill be playing video games and get stressed because i cant do a bit or im just not as good as another player ect. Btw saying do something sexual makes total scence.

but the point im asking is do u think that getting a pain in the chest is normal or should i see someone?

Answer #5

Talk to a good friend or someone about it… :3

I sing while I swing in our playground. But I don’t get to horribly stressed. :) Oh and I listen to my “happy” music. :)
