I love potato perogies. I never tasted a perogie until I had them at my Polish ex-mother-in-law’s. The ones she made from scratch were amazing though the frozen ones from the store aren’t bad. Perogies are stuffed and boiled pockets of dough but they are a lot better than they sound.

My granny makes perogies quite often and hers are the best i’ve ever had. She makes a variety of cheese potato and onion, cherry and then apple cottage cheese, all three of these are SOOO GOOD. I was hesitant to try the dessert perogies because i was so used to the regular potato ones but man they are all so good.
