If people always say I'm fat, is it true?

Ok I know people hate questions like this but I need to know, people always say im fat am I?

Well if people(meaning more than one) say you’re fat then you’re probably fat. Taking a good picture that doesn’t show it won’t help the fact that you’re probably ‘fat’.

well those people are either helping you or hurting you. you choose.

I used to be called overweight, and it eventually got to me, and I started to eat healthier and exercise and now I’m happier than I’ve ever been about my appearance…so

if you feel like you are overweight, the WORST thing you can do is complain. just do something good about it. but im not going to look at your pictures, because I dont think that necessary…just do what makes you feel better about urself

Are you fat? No. Fat is a derogatory term used to describe overweight people. Are you overweight? One way is to find out is through body mass index. In order to do this, use this equation:

Depending on your BMI number you can find out if you are normal, overweight or obese based on a health standpoint. As for people calling you fat, well, you can let it bother you, or you can realise that it doesn’t matter what other people think about your weight. It’s about how you feel about yourself and if you are happy with your body, then you need to tell them to go F themselves. If you are not happy with your body then, maybe you could eat more fruits and vegetables and try to walk a few times a week. Small changes like this will make a big difference.
