Fat thighs

My thighs are really fat. I wanna be able to wear a bikini and short-shorts without being embaressed. What are some ways I can make my thighs slimer. Not just toning them, but litterally slimmer. Like what are some exercises I can do to accomplish this. Ps- its the most fat like right before it turns into my butt. Thanks for your help!! :)

Definitely martial arts. Kickboxing and any other style that involves lots of kicking. Swimming also helps.

stretch your legs. reach down a touch your toes, running, lunges
