im weigh 120 and wanna gain some weight and muscle how should I do it . help

You need to work out how many calories per day you need to maintain your current bodyweight. If you want to gain muscle mass, you then need to increase your daily caloric intake above maitenance level by 200-500 (maximum) calories. One important thing is to ensure you are consuming enough protein. Usually 0.75-1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is recommended for muscle-building. Then of course, most importantly, you need to exercise your muscles by lifting moderately heavy weights. There are a whole bunch of macronutrient calculators online that you can use to calculate how many calories - and the relevant macronutrient breakdown - you should ingest in order to build muscle. Complementing weight-training with cardiovascular exercise will help you to build muscle while not gaining bodyfat while at a caloric surplus. Hope that helps!
