well whats your height?

and you cant refer to urself as “fat”. everytime you say that word it brings down your self esteeem.

and if you riillly feel that way though, I suggest not lowering the amount you eat because thats rilly hard. I dont no much about dieting, but just drinking more water and eating mroe fruits and veggies.

Maybe join some friends in some friendly basketball matches or volleyball matches and maybe ask your mom 2 go on walks with you.

i’m 13 and weigh the same and i’m 5’4, how tall are you? i think i’m a little on the fat side too, i mean im not at all close to obese and “i think what yuor refering to” i’m also referring to i just want to look a little better if yuo kmnow what i mean so when spring comes around i’m joining track and right now i’m doing thigh, and abs excersises before i shower at night.
