Fast ways to get happy when you're sad?
Any quick fixes? hahah Even if it’s temporary..
I don’t agree with Nayeli97, who is being very pessimistic. I say your best bet is talking about it or writing about it. Once you’ve gotten it out of your system, take a few deep breaths and laugh. Just laugh at nothing. Weirdly it will become real. After that listen to something fun and happy (like Open Happiness [the coke song]). Once you’re feeling a bit peppier, take a nice walk and breathe in the fresh air. If you get gloomy feeling, acknowledge it and then focus on the birds in the sky or the shape of the trees and focus on the good things. Also if you are religious, I suggest talking to God. :] You will feel much better. Hope this has been helpful. :]
I agree with Cupcake. I usually listen to my favorite bands when I get upset. all it takes is one song, and I’m dancing around the room. :) The Offspring is the best band to get you out of the rut. I also write in a journal to let it out. it really helps.
Cheer someone else up! It’s a great way to feel good about yourself. Or as the person above said, watch something funny on youtube!

I dont agree with imprettycool, or anyone who says listen to music or watch videos that are funny, you just feel worse becouse, you feel mad that your sad, and trying to figure it out! it just gives you more stress! do not think about happy moments in your life because you might laugh for a while but then you realize how happy you or the other person was and how you feel now, do not daydream, it just makes more dissapointments, thinking of things you wish that were done, but never will be, do not take a walk in fresh air, you just see people having a better time than you…and if every one whent outside when they were sad, we would have a very busy street…do not make people feal better because then youll be sader that you can fix other peoples problems but yours…im not saying its wrong just dont!!!..I usually just read about someone who is having or who had a worse time than you, then you feel lucky 4 having your life like this instead of like them…
