Eye vision

In the past optometrists sometimes under-corrected vision with the idea that making eyes work harder would keep them from deteriorating as quickly. My optometrist says that this has been entirely discredited. People with fully-corrected vision do not loose their vision any faster than those with less correction.

Eyeglasses will neither protect nor harm your vision, they will just allow you to see the best you can and avoid eyestrain.

no nothing can prevent vision loss all you can do is help prevent it from happening sooner than it should if your spending lots of time on a computer wether your wearing glasses or not, your eyes are going to be affected by it and if your doing it so much you had to get glasses, the damage has alreday done and cant be reversed if you want to help protect your vision from worsening sooner than it should you need to spend less hours in front of the computer try not to be dependant on it for everything and see an optomitrest so they can check the health of your eyes and how well or poor your vision is
