Exercise during period

Is it safe to excercise during period? Or is harmful?

You cant jump and I read about it so its better if you stoped til you finish your period!

Excersising during a period is good for you as long as you dont do to much, which if you do will only give you more cramps so nothing major, but light exercise actually has a soothing effect on your body which helps decrease the pain of cramps.

even though you have your period you can continue to do the things that you normally do so yes its safe to execise on your period…also you can swim, dance, bathe etc on your period

Yes it’s quite safe very healthy and good for your body. If you’re wearing a tampon or pad it might be a little uncomfortable but I cannot see a reason that it would be harmful or painful.
