Does running change the size of your legs or boobs?

does running make your legs smaller or bigger? cause I ran a few miles today. Also I was wondering… does running make your boobs bigger? or is that just a rumor. Is their any exercise that does make them bigger?

Answer #1

Legs? Yes, I have played soccer for 11 years now and all the runnning is shown in my legs, my legs are toned and my quadriceps and hamstrings are fairly large. It isn’t a bad look though, it shows that you work out, tones your legs, and makes them stronger.

your legs WILL get bigger but your breast will get smaller… =P

Answer #3

running wil gain you leg muscle so in the end yes your legs will get bigger if you run a WHOLE lot. but they will slim down first. and no running will not make your boobs bigger in some cases running makes boobs sag if you are not wearing a good bra. running will make your body burn up fat anywhere and your boobs are mostly fat so it could make them smaller. a good wy to mae them bigger is to clasp your hands together hold them about forhead high and flex you brest muscles doing this will in the long run make them firmer, perky, and larger.

Answer #5

yes your breast will deff get smaller, but not a lot, unless your really overweight.running everyyyday will first slim your thighs down, youll see results within a week or two,but you have to run for at least an hour.afterrr your thighs slim down thennn they will get bulky because now that the fat is gone, they start to get muscley. hope that helps! ;)))
