perhaps you could look into a bulldog rescue. That is much different than paying shipping (also it sounds like a scam to me). There are many breed specific rescue groups and usually they will arrange transport once they have visited and approved you and your home for your dog.

If it’s C.O.D., then it’s pretty safe - you don’t pay until the animal has been delivered.

I would never send money before delivery without making sure it’s a legitimate purchase.

yes it sounds farce…I was just looking at diff pet sites at English bulldogs, even older ones 6-8 years old are going for at least 600.00 - 900.00 dollars …they arent give away dogs
