What is the easiest way to learn to skateboard?

Skateboarding isn’t ‘easy’, but the most effective way of learning is to get out there and give it a go! Get hold of a skateboard and play around with it, finding out what’s easier for you in terms of where you position your feet, how you stand etc. It will be awkward and tricky at first but you’ll get the hang of it. Make sure when you start doing tricks that you have a good setup though, if you have a cheap board, it will snap and you could get very hurt.

i think balance iz tha most important. u should go slowly nd hav someone walking next to u so u kan grab onto them along tha way (: make sure its flat concreete nd there iznt lil rocks or anything lyk dhat along tha way. .

my pal has been teaching me, he had me standing on the board holding onto him (for dear life) and he was pulling me along while i steered it wth me heels and my toes and we just did that up and down my street like a billion times till i was comfortable and next time he’s gonna teach me how to like push off i seem to be doing actually not too bad this way :)
