Do you think I need to lose weight?

I’m in seventh grade. 160 ponds and 5 foot 6 inches. i feel that i need to loose weight to be healthier what should i do

Honestly, only YOU can answer this question. Has your doctor told you that you should lose weight? I am 29 and just had weight loss surgery last year, as someone who has been obese for more than half of that time I would say to get on track with your weight now, but it is sooo very much easier said than done. TRUST me, I’ve been there. The weight I am at now I can’t even remember being; I know that I was about 207 when I was in high school.

If I were you, I would start on a protein type of diet…eat chicken, seafood, etc. Stay away from carbs. There are alot of thing that people “think” are good for them to diet but are not. When watching your weight the best thing to do is to watch the CALORIES and CARBS…and PORTION SIZE. I’m not going to sit here and dwell on what you should do if you would like to contact me you are more than welcome to; I would encourage it. I just want anyone going down th same road that I had travel because it is a hard one & I find that now my daughter is heavier than what she should be & I am trying to nip that in the bud because I don’t want her to have to go through the same things that I did.
