If you ever want to know if you weight too much do the jingle test. Jump up and down in the mirror and if you have a lot of jiggle you weigh too much. But being 5’2 and 145lbs I can safely tell you that you weight too much. Another method to test your BMI (body mass index) is to go to a gym and have them test your body fat percentage there.
you could be perfectly fine but it depends on if your a guy or a girl. do you work out a lot? or are you just naturally built? im 5”1” and I weight 120, im not overweight by any mean, I just work out a lot and have muscle.
Hey there, No I don’t feel you weigh too much. What would make you thing some thing like that? If you feel that you want to change you diet or maybe just do a bit more active things in your day that would be some thing you could do if you feel your a bit self conscious. Have a great day,
