Whats the best way to loose weight fast but safely and healthy.I heard that when I am hungry just drink water :P I am not sure if that really works though and if it safe.Anyone else got any other ides? I Train a lot! but my diets prob not the best :P any lne got nay good sites for a good diet plan or sumit! Thankkss :-x xxx
How to LOSE weight?
First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. “How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. So it’s back to the old basics: plenty of vegetables and fiber (wholegrains etc), go easy on fatty foods (that includes frying!), on salt (that retains water), and gets lots of exercise - not necessarily at the gym, just a brisk walk around the block, or using the stairs instead of the elevator can really help.
