whats wrong? maybe u r not sad enough….? try listening to sad music or thinking sad thoughts…. if u want to cry….

Answer #2

i find that telling someone how i feel makes me cry a lot easier than if i’m by myself just thinking about it. do you have someone you can say whats on your mind to? heck, tell your dog your feelings! i bet you’ll feel better after doing so, too. =)

Answer #3

Crying doesn’t make you a whimp; every tear you shed makes you stronger.(:

Answer #7

Your probably a pretty resilient person cause its hard to just bring up feelings you know will just hurt you without being prepared for it. The only thing i could tell you is that if you had any problems to cry about you might have cried about them already. If you dont want to feel like a wimp as you cry that’s something that cant be helped i guess since its a strong feeling you’re holding onto at the moment when your sad its either that or you feel weak when you cry

Answer #8

As stupid as this sounds, practice. The only way to stop feeling like a wimp is to just allow yourself to cry when you feel like crying. And then some self talk. You need to remind yourself that crying has a purpose. Otherwise we wouldnt have the ability to do it. Hitting something instead doesnt exactly make you a strong person. Just someone who is using really poor coping tools. Much healthier to cry.

I find it easyer to cry when i lock myself away and say how im feeling to noone but saying it sets it free and crying comes out of that a lot of times.
