Child support

Ok My ex husband came to me and wants to start paying child support for our two kids. They dont even know him as there father. They know my new husband as there father. He never really spent anytime with him because I did not want him to. He is very weird guy he talked about how he wants to kill people etc. I did not find that out tell after our second child. I had already ended it before our second one was born. Now he wants to pay and be in there lives. It scares me. now he moved away to about 1hr and 1/2 away. He wants the kids to be able to come see him down there. Now My oldest is 2 and my youngest is almost 1. Is he allowed to take them down to where he lives. I dont want my kids to leave the city that we live in so what do I do? Im about to call my lawer but I just want to get some feed back on it

Mayb he should be in there life he mite got common sense and nw want to do rite . Nw about killing lol you got tell him you nt the 1 you don’t play that and all that killing words nt making anything better but put him behind bar tell him stop the dumness and grow up.
