You need to have a balanced diet. Just eating cereal may make you lose some weight.. but you are not going to be healthy. You need to have the right amount of fat, protein, carbs, fibre etc. If you want to lose weight then have your normal meals..have a healthy snack (like an apple) instead of a biscuit…and do some exercise.. =]

… exercise too try this my friends LOST SOO much weight from this Dance Dance Revolution for the PS2 one of my friends has lost OVER 30 POUNDS!!! So as long as you stay away from fast food, sweets, and greasy foods you’ll loose so much weight in a good amount of time.

Depending upon how much cereal you eat, yes, it is possible to lose weight just by eating that alone, but not a very good idea to try out. For one, you basically will have to starve yourself (feeling hungry all the time, which can lead you to binge or have major cravings for other food and ruin your goal to lose weight) and second it isn’t healthy to eat just one thing alone, NUTRITION and AMOUNT is the key, not the type of food.
