Do you buy/eat the food inside the fridge at the supermarket that reads "Has preservatives?"

Answer #1

I honestly don’t pay much attention to that, so I probably do buy a lot of it that does have preservatives. I check other things, though, that are important food wise (calories, sodium levels, cholesterol, sat/trans fat, sugar, etc.).

Answer #2

depends what the preservatives are. I prefer them to be natural antioxidants. I try to buy foods with fewer additives in them in general, particularly foods with large amounts of artificial colourants. Aside from the fact that bright blue or red or whatever food is unnecessary, they give me migraines.
