How can I lose weight instead of becoming bulimic?

I want to know another way I can loose wieght instead of becoming BULIMIC… If you have any advise for me in this section you should really tell me what i should do…Thank You

Eat lots of healthy food. Try not to snack on junk foods such as crisps and chocolates which contains lots of fats which isnt very good for you if you do feel hungry then why not eat some fruit that will definetly fill you up and it wont put that much weight on. Excercise 40-50 minutes a day it speeds up your metabolism. Do some situps and pressups and some running, walking is also a very good exercise to lose some weight. Good Luck X

Bulimia is defeniately not the way to go it’s a bad illness and doesn’t have good concequences

Well i would try working out a little the good thing is you don’t have to go anywhere to do it if you don’t want to go to a gym or center. You can do situps and pushups in your room you can go for a run around your block or neighborhood.

If you want you can go on a healthy diet try to cut out some foods that are not good for you or better know as junk food you don’t have to cut them out completely believe me i would die without some junk food, but try to eat things that are healthier as well like fruit and try to drink water, tea, or juice instead of soda

good luck and stick with it it might not be easy at times but in the end it will be well worth it
