Best firends ex boyfriend

Ok so my best friend has this ex boyfriend. Hes 16 and shes fourteen [same as me.] And they really loved eachother. Then all this drama started about how her parents hate her boyfriend!!! I seriously mean hate!!! They want him dead, no joke. So she broke up with him. It really killed him to know that her parents got in the way of them. So hes been messaging me, and I’ve been trying to get them back together. You know, then we all went to this party and they made out, you know. Then the next day she told him that she couldnt see him anymore, couldnt make any contact with him, or anything. Last night he broke his nose and was in the hospital and she caved in and started talking to him agian. He was happy. But then today she went right back on ignoring him. The about 5 minutes ago he messaged me agian, saying “can I tell you a secret? I might have a small crush on you.”then I was like”that made me smile. :]” Help, I guess I like him a little but come on, you say ypur absolutly in love with my best friend, sister really, then say you have a crush on me.!?!?!?!

We were just at the mall and he messaged her and was like, can I talk to paige. Then he asked me out, that was really soon to get over someone you said you would wait an eternity for. And she wants me to go out with him. But she said she wants me to go out with him so he could get him off of her back and so she could go out with one of her friends. Holy crap, I like him in all, but its just so weird, I mean just a day ago he was telling her that he loved her and would wait an ererity for her. Now this. I think hes full of bull crap. I know I can trust him, and hes nice, but he lies a lot. When my best friend and him were going out, he knew that her mom is an achoholic and still chose to drink, and hes also cheeted on her and had sex with his ex. Help me I don’t know what to do
