What would you do if they banned the internet?

No internet whats so ever?

Answer #1

I’d be entirely friendless :O. I’d probably go back to reading and writing.

Answer #2

I think that it might actually help our society. It would actually make people go out and do things. Like experience the world. Maybe people wouldn’t be so obese, as they wouldn’t be sitting infront of a screen for hours at a time…

I deffinetly think that it would be bad for society too… It would bring us back to when we had to use snail mail.. Communication would be so much slower… and more difficult!

So I’m not sure if it would be good or bad to get rid of the internet! Ha :)

Answer #3

I would live my life like I normally do. Although I enjoy being online, the internet isn’t the most important part of my life. I haven’t formed my life around it.. I form my online time in my spare time. My loved ones come first.

Answer #4

Yea… That would suck! I’d be stuck big time on all current projects not to mention downloading my class notes from the uniersity website! Nightmare!

Answer #5

I agree with Janice. :D

Answer #6

I’d be lost. But then it might just encourage people to listen to overseas wireless stations the way we used to do it–on short-wave.

Answer #7

I’d be playing video games again, for one thing. I’d also be spending much more time at the library. I’m addicted to the “tap a few keys and learn something” aspect of the internet.

Answer #8

Well, before Internet..I had a best friend, and we always went outside and had “adventures” or whatever we wanted… I started getting addicted to the net shortly before he left although our thing didn’t change. After he moved across the country Internet became one of my only good friends - still is. I have more friends now but not a best. And I don’t trust going into peoples’ houses and spending whole weekends there like I did with him. So, basically, without Internet I would be kinda lost and I might even end up somewhere most people wouldn’t wanna be … I don’t know.

Answer #9

Although without the internet, you might find yourself engaging in social activities that would introduce you to new people. Some of them might turn out to be excellent friend material! :)

Answer #10

omg!! crazyy!! i cant even think abt it… D;

Answer #11

Go to library more often, nice to recall of those moments LOL

Answer #12

Not much changes other than no social networking sites, and also school work would be researched in a book and stuff? Computers aren’t very friendly with me anyway.

Answer #13

I would be a fabulous student. I have considered turning off my service, actually. It would be largely beneficial for me.

Answer #14

I would seriously consider moving, because that would probably mean our government has become completely corrupt… the internet is an important part of life, whether it be research, shopping, or staying connected with friends… I’m not sure what I’d do without it!

Answer #15

ID die

Answer #16

i’d be screwed! haha nah, actually, i’d probably be a much better student in school. i assume people would turn to video games more, or back to whatever they were doing before internet. maybe people would be bored a lot.
