How do I cure a very sore upper back?

All I did today was mop the kitchen floor and a little vacuuming. How do I cure my upper back, it’s hurting pretty badly?

Get a massage, lay down and relax, take something for pain, do exercises for your back….

well if you just sore, run icy hot all over your bodu then take a shower it suppose to relieverd the pain

Icy hot works as well…. :)

Take a hot shower, stand facing the shower and aim the HOT water on the part of your back that hurts. Or try using a heating pad…heat usually works to get rid of back pain.
