Back and head ?

My bback is killing me. But mainly my lower back is in pain when I walkk. Andd also when I’m laying down, or have been sitting up for a while I’m fine. But when I first get up from laying down. I’m really dizzy. And have a headache for just a few moments. What could that be?

Sounds like a head cold, sinus infection, flu, bladder or kidney infection, etc…
