Back ache/pain

So I have been gettin backache over the last week and half… Never had it before… I know its from work… Well its gotta be because its the only time I do “strenuous” activity. Like leaning over slightly to mop etc…and carrying trays with cups and plates etc on it… As I work in a coffee shop!. Untill I have a day off to get to the doctors…which wont be till next week… What can I do to ease off up back ache… And lower back pains!!!

Mindy,

I would suggest you google stretches for lower back pains. I think your lower back muscles went into spasm because of your work. I also think by doing this, you might be Able to skip a doctors visit ;-) you’d be amazed by the results! By putting strain On certain muscles and not others, the muscles become unbalanced and/or inflamed.

I’ve also heard that Yoga is a nice way of controlling these problems, dono, google it :-)

Take long, very warm, baths.

Also try sleeping on the other side of your mattress or turning your mattress around, head to foot. It could be your mattress is old and causing bad posture problems during sleep.
