ATT cell phone problems
I have Cingular/ATT and I have a Nokia 6555b phone I have a couple problems
- it will turn off randomly and then take forever to bring my storage memory up and 2) it wont send a message over one page it says “Sending Failed” but short messages send really quickly
- it will decide to not give me my text messages like ill have service and everythin gbut I wont recieve anything all day (which is weird for me) ill turn it off and turn it back on and then illh ave 15+ text messages sent all through out the day
I called cingular and asked about this and they said they will send me a new phone thats all they could do and im on my fifth one of these so I was wondering if anyone knew anything that could be done or if uve had some of the same problems?
I’m not surprised, my sister works at a call center for Cingular and this is something that comes in all the time. Have you thought about switching phone providers?
