Are my calves fat?

I know, I know, these questions can be really annoying, but I really want to know!

I’m 5’0-5’1 and I measured my calves at the widest part and they were 12 inches.

It sounds massive, but I dunno. Help anyone?!

no your calf is all muscle I know that im five seven and my calfs are almost a foot and 2 inches wide
