14 and weigh only 64 pounds!!

im 14 and I only weigh 64 pounds!! I need to gain weight!! any tips to get some belly fat? Any tips is greatly appreciated! P.S. I am a vegetarian Emily :)

That is an incredibly unhealthy weight. If you are that way naturally I cant really think what to suggest apart from eat a healthy but PLENTIFUL diet. Whenever you feel hungry be sure to eat, even if you dont feel hungry you really must force yourself to eat a good sized breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not exercise excessively. Even though it is not healthy- for fast weight gain you could temporarily make a habit of going to mcdonalds or a similar fast food resteraunt for lunch or dinner a few times each week. However, this is not a very healthy habit to keep for more than a few months. Full fat milk, smoothies and hot chocolate are quite fattening drinks.

If you have an eating disorder I really urge you to seek professional help. If you go to your GP and explain that you think you have an eating disorder, if they professionally feel that this is the case they will refer you to an eating disorder specialist. I am recovering from anorexia and it truely isn’t as hard as I thought it would be. Seeking help was such a good thing.

lose the vegitarian thing and you’ll gain some weight… Eat meat, Fried chicken, Pork chops, steak, cheesburgers… and grab some french fries… I dunno if your a vegitarian to save animals our not but plants are alive too…

Drink a Gallon of milk a day. And a lot of Pastas.

The guy who did this was doing strength training but he gained like 30 pounds in his first month.

eat lots of healthy but more fattening and high calorie foods like , nuts, almonds and, full fat milk, and lots of cheese, ice cream and dairy products, peanut butter, these are good for you and wil help you gain weight the healthy way rather than doing it the unhealthy way by eating tons of fast food which damages your internal organs and makes you have no energy after.. don’t get me wrong I love Macdonald’s.. but eat everything in moderation and ul be fine.

lol…open up a can of larrd and enjoy. lol just kidding.

if you eat constantly, your metabolism will only get faster.
eat the regular 5 meals a day (three meals, 2 snacks or whatev) only make sure that they are high in calories and fat. still tho, make sure you’re still eating your healthy vegtables and what not.

good luck…I really don’t have your problem which is why I am very faithful to my gym and trainer :)

well your training all the time for gymnastics so thats going to be hard…but when you go to practice take a snack or two and eat them while your training or when you have time… that way when your losing your also gaining so your actually losing nothing… you should gain weight in no time… about the vegaterian thing… you have to drop it if you want to stay nice and strong for gymnastics… if its not a religous thing I suggest you drop it becuase its not going to work.
