hey anyone kno anyhting about legal procedures?
im getting sentanced 2 probation a month from now but i have a pre sentance investigation 2morrow. does any1 know if a pre sentance investigation includes a drug test?
It usually does, but sometimes an investigation will be restricted depending on what the sentencing is in regards to. If you’re up on drug-related charges, then it’s pretty much guaranteed.
It very well might, if what you’re up against is a drug charge.
its not tho, nothing 2 do with narcotics [idk y it jus told me i cant put the word d-r-u-g-s- in here, thats stupid], altho i was originally being charged with possession of paraphanelia, but that was dropped way back in the plea bargain, so idk
