Dave’s journey began in the bustling corporate environments of Macy’s (NYC), Boston Consulting Group (TX), and FRC Research (NYC), where he spent over a decade honing his skills in strategic marketing and business development. However, in 2014, Dave decided to leave corporate America to pursue his passion for helping small businesses thrive. With the unwavering support of his wife Amy and his incredible team, Dave has been instrumental in helping small business CEOs get unstuck and achieve remarkable growth across various countries.

Our team also includes Julie Achgill, our CONTROLLER / HR expert, who brings over 23 years of experience as a controller, business manager, and owner. Julie’s expertise ensures that our clients receive top-notch financial guidance and human resources support.
