Younger guy

I am 16 years old and have recently discovered that I’m mildly attracted to my brother’s best friend, age 14. This boy, despite his youth, is very intelligent and mature for his age and has the same political views as I do. However, all my friends tell me I’m insane. Is it wrong to like a younger guy? By wrong, I mean a psychological disorder.
