Young girls and pregnancy.

I just dont understand why so many people are getting pregnant at such young ages. Some of them are still kids. I have 2 friends who have kids and they can barely manage. One of them had to drop out of school and the other one is having problems with her boyfriend. Why must children need to grow up so fast.
