Yes. I’ve been doing that the WHOLE time… For they are MY thoughts, MY views, MY words… WITHOUT quotes. And people, both believers and non-believers, have found that my advice MAKES SENSE.

A common problem with many religious people, is that they can’t talk candidly about religion, unless its with other people who AGREE with them. With anyone else (especially someone who KNOWS what they’re talking about), they can get defensive, suspicious, angry, and in some cases, spiteful, accusatory, and malicious (you’ve seen it here LIVE & LOCAL).

I’ve said it a dozen times (but people keep forgetting), I’m not against religion, I’m against the PEOPLE who distort and misuse it. These people are the reason I gave up on religion in the first place. I would have questions, they couldn’t answer, so they got angry at ME. Eventually, after being alienated and changing denominations, I began to do MY OWN research. After finding several loopholes, contradictions, and other stuff that was just weird; I decided that religion wasn’t for me. And I’m RIGHT… its NOT for me.

Theists who get defensive when their faith is challenged, are only revealing their faith to be fragile. The testament to your respective faiths, is to open your eyes to the rest of the world, hear many different things, understand them (you CAN understand something without AGREEING to it). Your faith will prove more resilient in the end, and be stronger as a result.

People will choose to listen or not. Depending on if they can open their eyes & ears to a perspective they’re against, or don’t understand, or even simply… afraid of.

The alternative… well… you can always just plug your ears and hum loudly.

But that STILL has no bearing on the thread topic.

And quoting scripture doesn’t help her situation. If you can’t post your OWN thoughts, don’t post at all…

Look, I’m a pagan myself, and a Witch, and I think you need to relax. There is hatred everywhere, and it’s not ok, but there’s nothing you can do about it. Stirring up drama like this isn’t helping other people to understand, and quite frankly, makes us look bad.

Jesus gave me the authority to use His name. And that which I bind on earth is bound in heaven. And that which I loose on earth is loosed in heaven. Therefore in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I bind the principalities, the powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world. I bind and cast down Spiritual wickedness in high places and render them harmless and ineffective against me in the name of Jesus(matthew 16:19; John 16:23; Ephesians 6:12).

People believe so many different things that yeah it may upset some one I try my best not to do that..you say that you do not believe in Satan..I do and I believe in that bible as well..where as I respect your difference I also find it very sad.. and pray for you..if you really sit back and look at the world for the lat two thousand years and do the research you will see God is real Satan is real and the Bible is real…For me it is easy I can not look at this beautiful world and not believe in God.
