Is it wrong that I'm sometimes saddened by my friend's happiness?

I dont think its wrong. I think at one point we are saddened by someone else`s happiness.

No its not wrong that it saddens you. You are most likely depressed because you wish you were as happy so you envy them. It is only wrong when you are trying to destroy their happiness because it makes you sad. You need to realize by envying their happiness you are only making yourself more unhappy.

It depends on what causes their happiness, ex if their happiness interferes with yours its normal. If its like about every good thing that happens to them, its wrong

Nah, I’m sad almost everyday because I’m too dumb to let go of my ex…but she pisses me off extremely, but i get sad when i see her and others happy…i guess it’s because its something you want, and could have, but wont have because it wouldnt be real.

That happens to me a lot too. It’s probably low self esteem, I’m sure. Just try to think of what you’re lucky enough to have that they dont. whether its material things or personal talents. Dont through it in there face or anything. just remeber ya’ll are two different people. Idk if that was a little much lol

Nah….not really…it’s human nature….all of us feel envious sometimes when we see the success and joy of others… i know that it isn’t easy sometimes to see them happy especially if u want the same for yourself….But try to keep an open mind and a positive outlook….It will b easier to bear the situation this way…N who knows?If u practice trying to make yourself happy for your friends happiness,u might actually succeed in making yourself genuinely happy for their joy someday…So good luck!

nopee. sometimes i get jealous over my friend because shes got all the money & stuff & my parents barely can pay for me. its just natural.
