Is it wrong for me to be jealous of a wolf?

My boyfriend has two great loves in his life: Me, and the wolves of the Adirondack Mountains. His aunt is a wildlife biologist who specializes in the north american grey wolf. He goes up to the mountains all the time and leaves me hanging (Be it a fancy dinner or a stop at the movie theater) and I’m getting seriously jealous of those wolves. Is this normal or do I need to tone it down?

Answer #1

Y not go with him and get somewhat interested in them as he is, maybe not the extent he is but atleast u will b with him and learn a few things at the same time?

Answer #2

i don’t think you’re the one who needs to tone it down..maybe you should talk to him about it. tell him it upsets you when he leaves you hanging just to look at wolves. the wolves aren’t going anywhere. they can wait, you can’t.

Answer #3

He needs to learn how to balance his time between his passion and his love (you). Tell him how you feel. You are not in the wrong.

Answer #4

You need to let him be whatever kinda man he wants to be. Does he put limitations on you? The way to love someone and be loved back is all about focusing on the things that are working and not the things that are’nt

Answer #5

it is natural to be jelous. so dont give it any attention and treat them as animals. they cant take the place you have in the life of your bf. so be happy
