If I only ate negative calories all day, would I be able to lose up to 5000 calories a day?
5000 calories is equal to about 2 1/2lbs. You’d have to be REALLY active and eat nothing but once you ate something you would get it all back. It’s all about routine, diet, and exercise. Got to do them all to be completely healthy.

if you eat no calories you’d only burn your BMR…which you can find out online. and you’d burn excercise cal’s too.
