As long as your both 16yrs of age or younger - neither of you will get arrested, but when a year or 2 passes if youre still together then the sex is illegal, so what to do from there is your decision… by the way this is the law in MASS, I dont know if its different w/ you

No its not illegal until he’s 18 but even still unless someone was to press charges in the first place he wouldnt go to prison.

simple.. if he loves you, he would respect you. and when you say respect, he won’t do things that can get you in to troubles.. you are soo young to indulge your self with it, so if you love him, and you don’t want him to go to prison, you know now what to do the.. don’t do things yet that you don’t even know where it’s leading you…

I sorta have the same problem. im 15 almost 16 and my boyfriend is 18. what the deal is y’all cant get in trouble till hes 18 and like everyone else said it wont happen unless someone tells the police. your best bet is to not go around bragging. lol

its kinda comlicated. since hes 16, its no. if he turns 17+ yes. but 10’s of thousands of teens have sex underage. the really only thing that makes people go to prison is if someone catches you and files a charge with the police. otherwise if no one knows. nothing can really happen. its not like the police are watching every sex experience you have :P

no he wont…trust me my mom called the cops on one of my ex’s when I was 13 he was 18 but I told the cops he was 17…relax…but when he turns 18 then theres a problem…
